What is creative missouri

Creative Missouri is a festival of arts and ideas with performers and presenters from all over Missouri. Nine presenters, three performers, and hundreds of artists, arts organizations, creative economy sector businesses and professionals, creators and makers, or interested in the arts and ideas.
