A pianist in the “grand manner,” Rosario Andino carries on the legacy of Anton and Nicholas Rubinstein, Busoni, Friedman, Sauer, and Godowsky. Her teachers, Vera Maourina Press and Jascha Fischermann, were students of these great pianists. Born in Cuba, Ms. Andino began her musical studies at age four and gave her first concert at age six. Her orchestra performances, recitals, radio and television concerts have been acclaimed in the United States, Cuba, Mexico, Spain, England, Italy, and Holland. Ms. Andino commands an immense repertoire that includes all the standard major works for the piano as well as little known works, such as cultured ethnic works by 19th- and 20th-century Cuban composers.

Performing original compositions with a hand-crafted Native American-style flute for small venues and schools. His musical style has been influenced by artists such as R. Carols Nakai, David R. Miracle, John Two Hawks, and Coyote Old Man. This is what has been said about Robert Roe from the News Focus, “While listening to the haunting melodies played by the Osage Wind Riders it is easy to envision an American Indian sitting on the back of a horse solemnly staring out to an expanse of the western plains, as of yet unspoiled by the ‘white man’.”
4' x 8' table, electric power, in large venues would prefer house PA. Will supply the mic and effects for my performances.

The band focuses on, but is not limited to, music from 1895-1930. We play ragtime, early blues and jazz, standards, and originals. Includes historic “firsts,” music by women & African-American composers, many Missouri artists. By combining older music with often a more modern take, we keep the history, yet bring the music alive in a way that makes it relevant for modern audiences. We play many familiar tunes but also introduce our audiences to rarely heard music of the era.
Members of the band are available for educational concerts, either remote or in person. around themes such as Missouri Composers, Women Composers, African American Composers, Early Blues, Hits of the Era, etc, which will combine performance with short takes on music history.
We have our own sound system if needed. It's helpful to have enough time to set up and sound check, 60-90 minutes for a full band, less for a smaller ensemble. We need an outlet for our electrical equipment.
